Jim Roberts Jim Roberts established a cleaning company, D.P.W. Services, in 1975. The company offers numerous services to the restaurant industry, including: ventilation inspection, service of water wash systems, filter exchange, access door/hinge kit/grease containment installation and total kitchen cleaning. Jim is a Gaylord certified water wash servicer. Jim Roberts has been teaching Phil Ackland's courses since 2002. Jim, with Rory Wilson, runs Phil Ackland's Training Facility in Louisville, Kentucky.
